Subject to PCAC Terms and Conditions (download in PDF or MS Word format)

PCAC, Inc. requires that anyone wanting to utilize the Prescott access center first establish an access membership. Membership fees make up a portion of the revenue required to operate the access center. However, it is PCAC policy that no one be denied the opportunity to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech due to the inability to pay for an access membership. Therefore, PCAC offers waivers and scholarships for qualified access members. (Read more, download the Membership Packet in PDF or MS Word format)

Producers submitting series programming will be required to pay a traffic fee to cover the cost of scheduling and handling of the programming. A $35.00 traffic fee per series submitted will be added to your annual membership fee.

Programming schedules are subject to change without notification. Your initial time slot may not remain available due to a number of reasons, and it will not always be possible to notify you when changes take place. We will make every effort to keep your program in either the time slot of your choice or the best available time slot as long as possible.
